Our flat bed CNC router can machine sheet materials or solid wood using 2D or 3D software to produce a vast range of objects.
CNC Router Capacity Improvements
Many of our projects require panels to be cut to a specific size with little tolerance. Often these panels are used in manufacturing and our customers need to know they will fit exactly, and each panel is identical.
To cater for this requirement, we have recently invested in a new state-of-the-art CNC 5-axis router which can produce panels to a high degree of accuracy whilst also reducing production time.
For this investment we received a grant from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development which partly funded the Morbidelli x400 CNC router, commissioned in December 2020. This investment helps us to increase production capabilities and will enable further investment in terms of employment within the local area.
